The Florensia Staff would like to inform you that due to a system error, it was possible to choose login names, nicknames and e-mail addresses that have already been assigned to others who registered earlier. To solve these problems smoothly, we created several processes. All users who are affected by one or more of these problems, will receive an e-mail from us including further instructions (please make sure to check your spam folders as well!).

Doubled login name:

All users who used a login name that was already taken (e.g. Loginname and loginname), had their login names changed (e.g. to Loginname2) and received an e-mail from us. Users affected by this change, please log in to the website using your new login name. If you still can't log in to the website, please send an e-mail to support@florensia.eu including the e-mail you previously received from us!

Doubled nickname:

The same problem occurred with doubled nicknames (e.g. Nickname and nickname) and to solve this error, we had to change the nicknames of some users for http://www.florensia-online.com and the Florum. Users who had their nicknames changed received an e-mail from us including instructions on how to request a new nickname. If your nickname has been changed and you didn't receive an e-mail, please send a message to support@florensia.eu.

Please note that we are only accepting nickchange requests from users who had their nicknames changed for solving the system errors!

Doubled e-mail address:

The same problem also occurred with doubled e-mail addresses (e.g. Username@provider.com and username@provider.com) and to solve this error, we had to change the e-mail addresses at http://www.florensia-online.com of some users. These users also received an e-mail from us asking them to log in to the website in order to change their e-mail addresses. In case you are among these people and forgot your password, a link has been added to the e-mail which makes it possible for you to change your password without knowing the old one.

We are deeply sorry about the inconveniences caused by the system error. If you followed the instructions and still can't log in to the website, please send an e-mail to support@florensia.eu and we will try to help you as soon as possible!
