Although we had planned to launch Harbor Occupation War tomorrow in order to start the global beta test with all of you, there are unfortunately still some major problems which could not be solved yet. We are still planning to launch HOW soon in a beta state with probable minor problems, but the major ones need to be erased first. We are sorry for the delay, but we hope for your understanding since we want you to enjoy the new feature rather than getting haunted by problems which we can solve in advance.
The second part of the HOW preview will probably be posted this week including further information about taxes (3-10%) and other details. An exact date for the HOW patch is currently not set, but we will keep you updated.
