In order to purchase AP via the payment method PayPal, all PayPal users have to verify their accounts at the PayPal website first. Please read the news to find out what you need to do to verify your PayPal account. Unverified PayPal accounts cannot be used to purchase AP for Florensia any longer!


To find out whether your PayPal account is verified, you need to log in at PayPal.com. In the section "My Account" - "Overview", you can see your account's status. If your account's status is "Verified", you can continue to purchase AP on the Florensia website with PayPal as usual. If you haven't verified your PayPal account yet, you need to click on the link marked in the picture above.

On the following page, you will have two possibilities for verifying your PayPal account:

1) Credit card:
Your credit card will be debited with a small amount of money, for example 1.50€. On your credit card's bill, you will find a 4-digit PayPal code. Enter the code on the PayPal website to verify your account. You will then receive the money back.


2) Bank account:
You will receive one or two money transfer(s) to your bank account and you have to name the exact amount(s) you received on the PayPal website to verify your account. You do not need a credit card for this process.

Attention: The verification process itself can take up to five days. You only have to verify your PayPal account at the PayPal website once.
