Before the world of Florensia we know today came into existence, there was among others one huge continent called Lux Plena and it was filled with the flow of magic. Due to corruption and the reckless usage of magic, Lux Plena almost completely got destroyed and separated from the rest of the world and all that’s left are the few known islands and the vast ocean.
But the scholars of the world today know there is more to be discovered beyond the borders of the known world...
After an era of chaos and war, one man succeeded in uniting the scattered remains of the once prosper continent Lux Plena. When he was crowned the first King of the new realm, he called his empire "Florensia" and the world as we know it today was born. With this strong and magical name, he wanted to constitute an era of flourishing and peace.
In the old language of magic, “Florensia” means “travelling and working for your goals, going ahead on the way of life”. Every living being – may it be the pirates, the brave adventurers or the monsters on the open sea – is working for its goals, so that “Florensia” becomes the reason for any kind of existence.
