Equipment:
These are the items your character can wear. There are specific sets for every class that represent the different professions. For example, Mercenary sets are made out of rough leather combined with light metals, whereas Noble sets are made of fine cloth and twine. Samples for armor sets can soon be found on the class pages. Armor sets depend on the class and the level of the wearer. They are enchanted with various effects to strengthen your character's offensive and defensive powers.
Armor:
One equipment set consists of upper and lower part, gauntlets and shoes. Furthermore, a headgear and a robe can be attached to the character. Robes are one-piece items that significantly enhance your looks. Accessories: Besides the basic equipment, each character can also wear one pair of earrings, a necklace, two rings and two tattoos. Tattoos are not available in the game yet! Weapons, Bullets / Shields: The gun-type weapons require bullets. There are special rifle or gun bullets that can be equipped by right-clicking on them. Fishing Rods require special baits which are treated similarly. In addition to that, a Mercenary can also equip a Shield with some of the weapons. Take a look at the following table to find out which weapon your character can wear. Please note: Your character's skills partly depend on specific weapons so being able to wear a Two-handed Sword doesn't necessarily mean you can do the most damage with it!
To defend yourself, not only armament but also arms are needed. Currently, the following weapon types are available: Two-handed Sword, Sword, Rapier, Dagger, Rifle, Dual Guns and Cariad (magic stone). Fishing Rods also count as weapons. You can equip three different weapon sets at once and switch them by pressing the (R) key or (F1)-(F3).

There are various weapons to cause physical damage which is among other things influenced by the Strength of your character. The magic stone Cariad is missing on the picture. The circles above the pictures indicate the relation of damage and attack speed / range.
For example, a Two-handed Sword deals high damage, but heavy as it is, you will not be able to attack quickly with it. Sword and Rapier deal medium damage and a medium attack speed and the dagger deals low damage, but you can attack rapidly. As some of your skills require specific weapons, you should choose carefully.
Currently, there are three different item classes. Normal loot and quest items are usually displayed in blue color, equipment and weapons can be found in blue, green or golden quality.
Normal items: Blue colored names are used to express normal items that cen easily be found in stores or when hunting monsters. Grand items: Green colored names symbolize items with up to two special effects to strengthen the wearer. Rare items: Golden colored names are used for items of great value and rarity that are superior to all other items. They have more than two special effects and can seldom be found. Set items: Collecting all four pieces (upper and lower part, gauntlets and shoes) of the same equipment set will allow you to benefit from the whole set's bonus. Rumors tell that mystic and divine items have been crafted a long time ago by the ancestors. Maybe one day the artistic skill to craft these special objects will be retrieved... |
