What is Florensia?
Florensia is a 3D next-generation F2P Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMOG) from Japan. It was originally created and is developed by NETTS Corp. and is brought to the Western global world by Burda:ic GmbH. Outside Asia, the game is available in currently seven different languages including English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Turkish. Florensia is completely free to play.

What is a MMOG?
MMOG stands for "Massively Multiplayer Online Game". In a MMOG, you play together with thousands of other people in an online world. Access to a MMOG such as Florensia can only be established with an active connection to the Internet. The world of Florensia is a so-called persistent world which means that the world around you may change even though you are not online. In Florensia, you create one or up to five personal characters on each of the servers. You can individually choose how your character develops and improve your skills while playing.

Is Florensia really free to play?
Yes, Florensia is completely free to play. Downloading the client is also free of charge. You never have to pay for playing and there is no monthly subscription fee.

What can I use my Florensia account for?
You can use your account for the Florensia website, the forum, the game Florensia and the Itemshop.

What is an Itemshop?
In Florensia, there are two ways to purchase items. Some are available for Gelt, the ingame currency of Florensia. Others are available in the Item Shop which can be accessed inside Florensia as well as directly on the website. In order to buy items in the Item Shop, you have to recharge your account with AP at first. The Itemshop will be added to both the game and the website.

What are AP?
AP stands for Aurum Pieces and "Aurum" is the chemical term for "Gold". With this currency, you can purchase items in the Florensia Item Shop. AP can be bought using various payment methods such as credit card or PayPal.

What is alaplaya?
alaplaya is a European community platform for multiplayer online games and part of our network. alaplaya and all the games available on alaplaya.eu are completely free.

Can I use my account on alaplaya as well?
Yes, you can log in to alaplaya and to the alaplaya games using your Florensia account.

Can I use my AP on alaplaya as well?
Yes. You can purchase AP on alaplaya and spend them at the Florensia Item Shop and the other way round. On alaplaya, AP are called "alaplaya points".

What are BP?
BP are so-called "Bonus Points". You can earn BP by recharging your AP. Bonus points are available for all payment methods except for mobile payment.

What can I use BP for?
Soon, you will be able to trade your Bonus Points for Gelt, the ingame currency of Florensia. You can also use trade and use your BP on alaplaya. Other ways to use both AP and BP are in development.

Where can I get help?
You can submit a ticket via our ticket system accessible via the "Support" link in the Help section. The ticket system will open in a popup-window. If you can't log in to the website to use the ticket system, you can also send an e-mail to support@florensia.eu. Please make sure to include your login name in the e-mail.

What time is it for Florensia?
As the Florensia Staff is located in Germany, Europe, all time specifications will be announced in CE(S)T: Central European (Summer) Time. The game serves are however designed for differnt timezones, for example LuxPlena for Europen timezones and Pardioc for American timezones.
