What Is "Gacha"?

"Gacha" is a "sound word". It is a part of the Japanese word "Gachapon". "Gacha" is supposed to be the sound a toy vending machine produces when you insert a coin in it and "pon" is the sound of the toy when it drops into the receptacle.

The Florensia Gacha System

The first Florensia "Gacha" is a spinning wheel. If you insert 1,000 AP into the spinning wheel, you will be able to spin it once and if you hit one of the treasure chests, you will receive one of in total 30 exclusive Headmounts or a fabulous Cat Costume! These items are not available for purchase and not obtainable anywhere else! **

But even if you hit one of the envelopes, you won't go away empty-handed: Behind each of the envelopes, a small package of consumable items of various kinds is hidden: May it be EXP potions, upgrade items or power up potions. So you will always get a nice gift! But of course, some items are more valuable than others and some Headmounts have better stats than others!

	If you hit a treasure chest, you will get a Headmount or a Cat Costume
	If you hit an envelope, you will get consumable items

In the Season 3 of the Gacha system, the exclusive and UNLIMITED Black & White Cat Costumes have been added which are not available anywhere else! Frequently Asked Questions

• If you go to the Florensia Gacha page, the wheel will NOT automatically start to spin. You have to press START to let it spin and STOP to redeem your gift
   
• To use the Gacha, the character you want to use it for has to be level 10 at the least
   
• You can spin the wheel as often as you want
   
• Please note that each time you spin the wheel, 1.000 AP will be substracted from your AP balance
   
• Please note that due to your internet connection, a small delay may occur and the substracted AP may not be displayed immediately. If this happens, the AP display will be updated with the next spin of the wheel, so it may look like you have paid 2.000 AP for one spin instead of 1.000. However, in any case only 1.000 AP will be substracted from your balance. You can verify this by checking your AP history in the My Data > Payment History section of the website
   
• You will always receive something every time you spin the wheel. As already mentioned, some items are more valuable than others and some items (consumables) are worth a little less. On an average regarding all your spins at the wheel, you will get back in items what you invested in AP. Please keep this in mind
   
•  If you click on the Gacha History button in the Gacha, you can see the gifts you have received in this Gacha session
   
• All gifts will automatically be sent to you via the in-game mail system. Open your letter list to grab the items!
     
• ** The two exclusive Cat Costumes you can get are hidden in every Treasure Chest. They are even unlimited and they won't ever disappear! Congratulations to you if you manage to get hold of one of them!
   
• ** The Headmounts you can obtain via the Gacha are limited to 30 days! The time limit will start to run as soon as you pick up the Headmount from the mail in your letter inbox and put it into your inventory. If you don't open the letter, the time will not start to count down. You can decide when the time starts to count down!
   
• Once started, the time will continue to count down even if you are logged out of the game. Please keep this in mind
