Scouts are your primary contact persons for game-related questions in the game. They will do their best to answer your questions and to help you with problems you may encounter in the world of Florensia. May it be a player who bugs you or an error in the game itself, Scouts will always try to help you or they will tell you where you can get accordant help.
You will immediately recognize Scouts in the game, because like Staff members and the Chiefs of Language Support, they also write red (in the Server Chat and in the General Chat) and they carry the name of the server. Example: [Lux]Xanatos One more recognition feature is the special GM robe which is available nowhere else: ![]()
If you have a problem and you are in need of a Scout, just take a look at the public or shout chat channels and ask for a Scout there. You can also directly whisper a Scout anytime in case of a problem. If you want to talk to a Scout about another player, we recommend you to directly whisper the Scout. If you are asking for a Scout in the public chat, he will probably whisper you as well.
Please note that although the Scouts are trying to be everywhere all the time, it may be possible that sometimes, there is no Scout available in the game or that the Scouts who are online need to take care of other player's problems first. Furthermore, please keep in mind Scouts cannot help you with all your problems and will sometimes have to refer you to our Ticket System. A Scout will never ask you for your password! The Scout Team is always looking for backup, so don't hesitate to apply if you want to become a part of the team. Please make sure you fulfill the following criteria before applying for a position in our Scout team:
